              History
              1995: Our president, Adam Epstein,
worked for PepsiCo Restaurants, where he built successful,
innovative site selection Models for one of their divisions. He
left Pepsi to form Site Analytics Co. and create Bullseye Models
for a wide variety of retail clients.
1998: Site Analytics recognized that shopping center developers
could attract retailers to their centers by utilizing the same
site evaluation techniques as retailers. So we introduced the EvaluSite Report, a customized analysis which helps developers
show retailers the comparative strengths of their specific
              properties.

2001: In response to requests from clients, Site Analytics created
SiteMining, the breakthrough online tool which retailers use to
conduct their own powerful analyses, quickly and easily.

2004: Site Analytics introduces the Tenant Prioritizer. This
unique service helps landlords and municipalities identify the
retailers who are most likely to be interested in their sites and
cities. This allows clients to focus their energies on attracting
              the best possible tenants.

2013: Site Analytics introduces a major enhancement to SiteMining.
SiteMining for Property Owners puts the power of SiteMining
in the hands of a site's leasing, marketing, and brokerage team.
It allows landlords to show a retailer exactly why
their site will be a perfect fit for them.  As an
online tool, clients can produce customized reports in a matter of
minutes.  They can conduct the analysis on any site, and it
works with over 2,000 of America's chain retailers.
